We provide family therapy sessions to help parents and children improve their relationships, build trust, and create a healthy and supportive family dynamic.
Using evidence based models such as ACT, CBT, and DBT, among others, we help individuals who are working through anxiety, depression, suicidality, addiction, trauma, betrayal trauma, grief, and OCD.
Our therapists work with couples to help them reach their goals. Couples therapy is a safe space for to learn better communication and trust in the relationship. It is a place for learning, healing, and expressing our needs to our partner.
We offer counseling sessions for teenagers who are dealing with various issues, such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral problems.
"We all experience life’s journey in unique ways. In every path we come across obstacles, form relationships, experience loss, misunderstanding, confusion, anger, and dismay. But we also experience happiness, hope, love and connection. We use these experiences to make meaning and find purpose. However, we, our relationships, and this world are constantly changing. It can be hard to communicate our true meaning or trust that when we do, we will be heard.
Using a client centered approach, I'd like to share the road. I offer tools to test and direction to new discoveries as you seek to better understand yourself and take control of the path ahead. I'm not here to define your past, but assist in recognizing the lessons life has taught. I seek to share in understanding and chart a course for success.
I believe that change is possible. As we seek to discover we learn to define ourselves. To be invited into anyone's life is an honor worth respecting."
Daniel is currently accepting clients 16 years and up.
"My interest in becoming a therapist started while I was working with Teens Act, an organization helping underserved high school students. At first glance, these kids appeared unmotivated and difficult. I learned to look below the surface and found that these outward expressions were their ways of coping with inner negative self-perceptions, and difficult life stressors. Their challenges got in the way of their ability to feel confident and hopeful. This sparked my passion to help people overcome their roadblocks, achieve their goals, and become who they want to be.
As a therapist, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families, helping them reach their personal goals and navigate difficult life experiences. I am here to be a support and guide through your challenges. We all have strengths and I would like to help you use them. As part of the therapy process, I use evidence-based models such as ACT, CBT, and DBT to help individuals and families.
I look forward to meeting you."
